Brands
A brand is a customer-facing identity under your account. Each brand has its own visual identity, fee schedule, payment configuration, and communication preferences. You can have multiple brands — for example, a 3PL operating different storefronts or a merchant with regional brands.
Brand list
Section titled “Brand list”Navigate to Brands in the main navigation. The brand list displays all brands as cards with:
- Brand name and display color
- Email and SMS notification status (enabled/disabled)
- Creation date
Click Add Brand to create a new brand, or View Details to open a brand’s detail page.
Creating a brand
Section titled “Creating a brand”Click Add Brand and fill in the following fields:
Identity

Contact

Communication

Payment

Brand detail page
Section titled “Brand detail page”The brand detail page is divided into two sections:
Left column — Brand identity and fees
Section titled “Left column — Brand identity and fees”Brand Identity shows the logo, slug, colors, display name, and creation date.
Additional Fees lists all configured fees for the brand. Each fee shows:
- Fee type (Constant Amount, Percentage, or Pre-Customs)
- Amount or percentage
- Minimum and maximum amounts (for percentage fees)
- Whether it is duty-conditional
From here you can add, edit, or delete fees. See the Fee Configuration guide for details.
Right column — Communication settings
Section titled “Right column — Communication settings”Shows the current email and SMS enable/disable status for the brand.
Editing a brand
Section titled “Editing a brand”Click Edit on the brand detail page to modify any brand settings. Changes take effect immediately for new shipments. Existing shipments are not retroactively affected.
Managing opt-outs
Section titled “Managing opt-outs”Each brand has an opt-out list accessible from the brand detail page. This shows consignees who have opted out of email or SMS notifications.
- View opt-outs — Filterable by channel (email or SMS)
- Remove opt-out — Delete an opt-out record to re-enable communications for that consignee
Opt-outs are scoped per brand — opting out of one brand does not affect other brands.
