Brands

A brand is a customer-facing identity under your account. Each brand has its own visual identity, fee schedule, payment configuration, and communication preferences. You can have multiple brands — for example, a 3PL operating different storefronts or a merchant with regional brands.

Navigate to Brands in the main navigation. The brand list displays all brands as cards with:

  • Brand name and display color
  • Email and SMS notification status (enabled/disabled)
  • Creation date

Click Add Brand to create a new brand, or View Details to open a brand’s detail page.

The brand detail page is divided into two sections:

Brand Identity shows the logo, slug, colors, display name, and creation date.

Additional Fees lists all configured fees for the brand. Each fee shows:

  • Fee type (Constant Amount, Percentage, or Pre-Customs)
  • Amount or percentage
  • Minimum and maximum amounts (for percentage fees)
  • Whether it is duty-conditional

From here you can add, edit, or delete fees. See the Fee Configuration guide for details.

Shows the current email and SMS enable/disable status for the brand.

Click Edit on the brand detail page to modify any brand settings. Changes take effect immediately for new shipments. Existing shipments are not retroactively affected.

Each brand has an opt-out list accessible from the brand detail page. This shows consignees who have opted out of email or SMS notifications.

  • View opt-outs — Filterable by channel (email or SMS)
  • Remove opt-out — Delete an opt-out record to re-enable communications for that consignee

Opt-outs are scoped per brand — opting out of one brand does not affect other brands.
